Further InformationAttic black-figured kylix (drinking cup) decorated with a zone of palmettes at the height of the handles. Black glossy glaze covers the rim, the lower part of the body as well as the interior of the vase, the foot and the handles.
The illustrated vase belongs to the Group of the so-called floral band-cups, which were produced in Attica from the end of the 6th c. BC.
